Get Involved!

There are several ways that you can become involved within the Association:

First off, become a Member
- AHIA conducts annual membership drives in January.  All households are sent Membership Forms that can be mailed back.  If you did not receive a notice or are new to the area, please contact us at
board@ahia.info and request one.

Second, attend a meeting/event.  AHIA Board of Director meetings and events are open to all neighbors and we welcome and encourage our neighbors to attend. The board meets on the second Monday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Second Street Fire Station conference room located on the corner of Claremont and Second Street.  Events are held at various times throughout the year.  Please visit the What We Do page for more information. 

Third, join a committee.
  The mission of your association is the Improvement of the services and living conditions in Alamitos Heights. This requires time and dedication of many of our neighbors. Committees involve the following areas: street and road improvement, neighborhood safety, event planning, member recruitment/marketing, finance, to name a few.  If you can spare the time please email our president at board@aiha.info
